Senior Technical Product Manager (Earthworks)

What Makes This Role Great: In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing the next generation of cloud-integrated machine control platforms, directly influencing the efficiency of global construction projects and shaping the future of the digital job site. You will serve as the primary architect for a critical cloud agent that translates machine data into meaningful field workflows, acting as a high-level liaison across the entire Trimble Site Ecosystem.

Key Exciting Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary product lead for cloud agent development, bridging the gap between machine control platforms and cloud management environments.
  • Drive the product backlog and author Marketing Requirements Documents (MRD) to translate complex market needs into executable engineering goals.
  • Spearhead the integration of advanced workflows such as automated map sharing, avoidance zone synchronization, and real-time field data exchange.
  • Champion the Trimble Site Ecosystem in high-level strategic meetings, aligning engineering efforts with global product roadmaps.
  • Conduct deep-dive market research to stay ahead of competitor strategies and emerging trends in civil construction technology.

Essential Skills & Experience: You have 10+ years of experience in product management with a dedicated focus on machine control technology. You hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Geospatial Science, or a related technical field. You possess an analytical mindset with a proven ability to leverage data to drive complex decision-making processes. You are an expert communicator capable of collaborating with cross-functional engineering and product teams in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus Points For: Deep technical understanding of geospatial or civil construction software applications. Experience specifically within earthmoving workflows or autonomous job site ecosystems.

Location: Westminster, Colorado (In Office) Travel Requirement: 15% (Some local frequent field work with customers)

This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law. Hiring Range $144,600.00–$198,800.00 Pay Rate Type Salary Bonus Eligible? Yes Commission Eligible?
