As the UX Research Lead for Community and Live, you will be responsible for the user experience of how we connect this vibrant community together. You will also be responsible for leading the development of new formats and ways our audience connect and have conversations across all YouTube products. In this role, you will drive a user-centered goal, influence cross-functional partners and hold a high bar for product excellence to deliver experiences for YouTube's viewers and creators.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $237,000-$329,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
