This role serves as the program owner, responsible for shaping and driving a portfolio of giving initiatives—from new program incubation to scaled execution—ensuring strong alignment with business priorities and delivering measurable impact both externally and internally. The ideal candidate brings a balance of strategic thinking, program leadership, and hands-on execution, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, highly cross-functional environment.

  • Program Strategy & Portfolio Leadership
  • Own and lead the overall Community Investment (Giving) program portfolio in Greater China
  • Shape and drive newly launched giving initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities and long-term impact goals
  • Define program roadmaps, priorities, and success metrics across multiple concurrent initiatives
  • Program Governance & Execution Oversight
  • Oversee end-to-end program delivery across multiple projects, ensuring high-quality execution, timeline adherence, and budget discipline
  • Establish scalable processes, governance mechanisms, and operating rhythms to support a growing portfolio
  • Anticipate risks and proactively drive solutions across projects
  • Stakeholder & Partner Leadership
  • Serve as the primary interface with WW Giving teams and key internal stakeholders (e.g., GA, PR, DR, Volunteer teams, Product teams)
  • Build and manage strategic relationships with external partners and NGOs, including contract oversight and performance management
  • Ensure strong alignment and communication across all stakeholders
  • Impact, Communications & Reporting
  • Drive program-level reporting, insights, and storytelling to articulate impact
  • Oversee development of internal communications (e.g., giving newsletters, leadership updates, program summaries)
  • Conduct post-program reviews and continuously improve program effectiveness

Minimum Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in CSR, Corporate Giving, or related fields, ideally within multinational organizations
  • Proven track record of leading complex, multi-project programs from strategy through execution
  • Strong ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across senior and cross-functional audiences
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in parallel
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin

Preferred Qualifications

  • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and able to operate with autonomy
  • Experience building or scaling programs in evolving environments
  • Background in operations, business management, or corporate communications is a plus
